Vigan City Mayor Bonito Singson is set to launch the Ciudad de Vigan Pasaporte de Turista on April 28, 2023, coinciding with the City’s 2023 Binatbatan Festival of the Arts. The Vigan Tourist passport is a booklet that is similar to a regular passport, available in three (3) colors, purely for tourism purposes only and valid only in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
