Vigan City, one of the LGU’s to be conferred the One Ilocos Sur Spring Development Grant (SDG) (LGU-Based Category).
The City was awarded One Million Pesos cheque (P 1,000,000.00) and a plaque of recognition from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur during the Pammadayaw on February 13, 2023 at the Provincial Farmer’s Livelihood Development Center.
