Guidelines

• Open to both amateurs & professionals.
• Entry must depict original idea, concept, imagination and or interpretation of concepts, with social relevance and current issues. Strictly no profanity.
• Each group must submit 1 entry that will run in 20 minutes including credits.
• Each entry must submit a DVD copy with a designed case cover with a label that includes title of the short film, name of talents and designed poster of their short film  with a height of 30 inches and length of 20 inches with the same content.
• Each entry must also create a 30-60 seconds teaser to be submitted in DVD format.
• Short Film Festival Screening will be on May 3, 2017, staring at 8:00 AM at VCTC and awarding at 8:00 PM.
• Best Short Film will receive cash prize + trophy + certificate.
• Special awards with cash prize + trophy + certificate.
• Deadline for the submission of Entries will be on April 27, 2017.
