The City Government of Vigan through its Bids and Awards Committee invites all interested parties to bid for the:

CONTRACT DURATION: January 3, 2020 to February 3, 2020
MINIMUM BID: ₱ 4,200,000.00

1. DTI business registration or SEC registration certificate or /CDA registration/Joint Venture |
2. Valid and current Mayor’s permit/ Municipal License |
3. Tax Clearance |
B. Technical Documents |
4. Statement of the bidder of all its on-going government and private contracts within the relevant period, including contracts awarded but not yet started, if any |
5. Statement of Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) within the relevant period from the submission of bids (with proof of evidences: pictures, contract etc) |
C. Financial Documents |
1. Audited Financial Statements, stamped “received” by the BIR or its duly accredited and authorized institutions, for the immediately preceding calendar year, showing, the bidder’s total and current assets and liabilities. |
2. Omnibus Sworn Statement |
3. Commitment from licensed bank extend credit line or cash deposit certificate (set in bidding docs. and at least 10% of ABC) |
