On July 19, 2025, the City Government of Vigan and Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur extended assistance to evacuees affected by Tropical Cyclone “Crising” from the following barangays, Raois, Rugsuanan, Camangaan, Barangay IV, Barangay VIII, and Bongtolan.

The distribution was personally led by City Mayor Randy Singson, Vice Mayor Glendale Benzon, and members of the 9th City Council, together with Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Third Ranches.

A total of 39 families received essential support, including hygiene kits, sleeping kits, and relief goods to help them through this challenging time.
