The Vigan City Fiesta and Longganisa Festival 2025 officially kicked off with the Rambak 2025: The Vigan City Fiesta Opening Concert on January 17, 2025, at Plaza Burgos, Vigan City.

City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson Jr. welcomed the Biguenos, guests, and visitors, emphasizing the importance of preserving Vigan’s heritage and celebrating the unity of its people. Moreover, Ilocos Sur Governor Jeremias “Jerry” Singson thanked the city government for its continuous efforts in preserving the city’s unique and rich culture and tradition.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Art Oandasan and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Third Ranches, Sangguniang Panlungsod Member Nestor Pajaro, SPM Ada Joana Fe Artajos, SPM Evaristo Singson, SPM Alistin Arce, ABC Vice President Enrico Shawn Patrick Singson, PPSK Vice President Carl Louie Alquetra, NGAs, NGOs, barangay captains, city department heads, city division chiefs, sponsors, and other notable individuals of the city graced the event.

The evening came alive with the performances by local dancers from Vigan City, such as the Yogi Mafia, SGDB Dancers, and the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, showcasing the region’s talent and creativity. Adding the performances from Jed Madela, Ice Seguerra, and the Dawn Band, who delivered an unforgettable night of music and entertainment.

Furthermore, the City Government of Vigan also provided exciting prizes for its raffle draw, which really makes the night even more fun. Ms. Tart Carlos, celebrity comedian, and Mr. Delmar Pisalbo served as hosts.
