DA Usec. for Livestock Dante Palabrica visits Swine and Goat Multiplier Site in Vigan City

On July 4, 2025, Department of Agriculture, Undersecretary for Livestock, Constante “Dante” Palabrica conducted a site visit to the Swine and Goat Multiplier project located in Barangay Cabaroan, Vigan City.

City Mayor Randy Singson, together with SPM Edmund Ayco, and City Veterinary Officer Dr. Rayeth Robeniol, accompanied Usec. Palabrica during the visit.

Usec. Palabrica shared his insights and recommendations as the City Government of Vigan prepares to resume operations of the swine multiplier farm this year. He also commended the City Government of Vigan for initiating and sustaining this valuable project, which supports local livestock production.

Moreover, Usec. Palabrica expressed his full support and commitment to assist the city through programs and services available from the Department of Agriculture.
