On July 8, 2025, the 9th City Council of Vigan held its first regular session at the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) Hall, at the Vigan City Hall.
The session was presided over by City Vice Mayor Atty. Glendale Benzon and was attended by all members of the City Council.
This marked the official start of their legislative duties as they discussed matters concerning the development and welfare of the city and the Bigueรฑos.
