As part of the celebration of National Children’s Month 2025, the City Government of Vigan, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), organized a fun-filled Fair Activity for the 39 Child Development Centers (CDCs) on November 18, 2025, at the Vigan Convention Center.

A total of 821 Early Education and Care Development (EECD) participants enjoyed a “Pamper Day,” complete with an inflatable playground and various food stalls, bringing joy and excitement to the young attendees.

City Mayor Randy Singson, together with Sangguniang Panlungsod Member Joy Benette Orio and CSWDO Officer Maribelle Artienda.

The celebration also featured a storytelling contest among the six clustered CDCs and was complemented by activities conducted by the Parent’s Congress, fostering creativity, learning, and community involvement among the children and their families.
