Vigan City Mayor Randy Singson joined fellow city mayors at the 75th General Assembly of the League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP), held on August 7โ€“8, 2025, at Conrad Manila, Pasay City. The two-day gathering highlighted learning, collaboration, and solidarity among city leaders.

The event opened with a luncheon and book launch led by Former LMP National President Hon. Luis โ€œChavitโ€ Singson, who shared valuable insights from his years in public service. This was followed by knowledge-sharing sessions on good urban governance and the message of LCP Acting National President, Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte-Alimurung. The day also included the turnover of financial assistance to disaster-stricken cities and concluded with a fellowship dinner.

On the second day, discussions focused on the 2025 Committee on Elections and Online Voting, the SILG Hour with Secretary Juanito Victor C. Remulla, and the election of new LCP Officers.

Mayor Singson reaffirmed Viganโ€™s commitment to inclusive and progressive governance, while strengthening collaborations with other LGUs to enhance services for Bigueรฑos.
