Various individuals, non-government organizations (NGOs), and attached agencies paid a courtesy visit to City Mayor Randy Singson on July 21-28, 2025 at the City Mayor’s Office, Vigan City Hall.

Among those who visited were the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)- Ilocos Sur, Family Court, Palafox Associates, STAC Parents Association of Vigan Inc. (SPAVI) Officers, Ms. Jeannette M. Marzan of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)–Ilocos Sur, representatives from Gallardo Boxing of the Police Athletics/Activities League (PAL) National Boxing Tournament, and Acting Regional Director Atty. Benjamin G. Gaspi of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Region I.

Mayor Randy Singson warmly welcomed all guests and reaffirmed his commitment to fostering strong partnerships with various sectors to further promote inclusive and sustainable development in the Heritage City of Vigan.
