On July 28, 2025, City Mayor Randy Singson administered the Oath of Office to the newly appointed Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson Lovely-Ann Cabanos of Barangay Paoa, in a simple ceremony held at City Mayor’s Office, Vigan City Hall.

The event was witnessed by CLGOO Cesarieta Pestano, Barangay Captain Mark Lowie Cabanig and the members of the Barangay Council of Paoa, and family.

The City Government of Vigan extends its congratulations to the new barangay officials and looks forward to their leadership in upholding good governance, peace, and sustainable development in their community.
