The City Government of Vigan, through the City Agriculture Office, distributed cattle to Bigueno farm workers on December 11, 2025, at Vigan City Hall.

City Mayor Randy Singson was joined by SPM Edmund Ayco, Chairperson of the Committee on Agriculture, City Agriculturist Lito Forneas, and Ms. Baby Joy Quitasol, President of the newly organized Vigan City Farm Workers Association are present.

A total of 35 beneficiaries each received a female cattle to support livelihood and agricultural productivity under the newly organized association.

In his speech, City Mayor Randy Singson emphasized his commitment to providing services to all sectors so that no one is left behind. He also added that the breeding of the distributed cattle will be personally funded by him to further support the beneficiaries.
