Vigan City Mayor Eva Marie S. Medina turn over generator sets last June 28, 2010 to the barangays of Vigan and the city’s Bureau of Fire Fire Protection for the effective and efficient delivery of public service to the Biguenos. Atty. Gerwin Rabang, city legal counsel and Mr. Kenneth Victa,City General Services Officer are the witness in the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between Mayor Eva and representative from each barangay for the use of generator for public purposes.
