On behalf of the city government, Mayor Eva Marie Medina and the Ilocos Sur Medical Society represented by Dr. Evangeline de Vera entered into a Memorandum of Cooperation on September 11 in the preparation, evaluation and implementation of health programs to benefit the people of Vigan, including information dissemination on matters related to health.
