Newly elected barangay and SK officials were sworn into office by Mayor Eva Marie S. Medina on November 25 at the Vigan Youth Center. The program started at 5 P.M. with a thanksgiving mass followed by an spiritual oath administered by Msgr. Roque Reyes.
Marie Gabrielle Kayla Mendoza led the invocation and SPM John Patrick Singson welcomed participants. Mayor Eva and Vice Mayor Ryan gave inspiring messages. Outgoing PPSK President Edreen Pajaro also gave his words of thanks. Afterwards, a fellowship dinner was held.
