• Competition is open to all budding designers of Ilocos Sur.
• Main designer should have a team of four composed of:
  • Designer
  • Fashion Assistant
  • Male Model
  • Female Model
• There will only be 10 slots for the competition.
• Designer should submit 3 sketches to the organizer on or before April 19, 2017:
  • Maong and Abel Wear (Male and Female)
  • All Abel Casual Wear (Male and Female)
  • Formal wear (Male and Female)
• The sketches should have measurements, details and swatches of cloth to be used. From this stage, the organizers will choose 1 (male and female) design which will be the main entry of the designer.
• Designers will shoulder the production, sewing, make-up, accessories of the approved design.
