In view of the National Government’s goal towards the promotion of free and quality healthcare services for every Filipino, the Laboratoryo, Konsulta, Gamot para sa Lahat (LAB for All) Program, initiated by First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, was launched on January 23, 2023, at the Vigan Convention Center, where thousands of Ilocanos availed themselves of the said medical mission.
Various national and local government agencies, non-government organizations, and private institutions congregated as one to deliver free, quality medical services to the participants.
Present personally in the event were First Lady Loiuse Araneta-Marcos, Governor Jeremias “Jerry” Singson, Vice Governor Ryan Luis Singson, Department Secretaries, Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson, and the Vigan City officials headed by Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson Jr. and Vice Mayor Randolf “Randy” Singson.
City Mayor Singson welcomed and gratified the first lady for bringing the said program to the Biguenos and Ilocanos as a whole.
Afterwards, a luncheon gathering was held at Casa Vicente, wherein city officials had the chance to meet the first lady and the secretaries for further collaborations and partnerships.
