Another milestone for the benefit of the Bigueño youth, as the City Government of Vigan through the leadership of Mayor Juan Carlo Medina formally opens the Vigan City’s Adolescent Health and Development Hub at Vigan Conservation Complex last December 10, 2021.
The establishment of the hub is another testament of the City with its commitment to provide friendly facilities and programs for the youth.
“We hope to reach as many adolescents as we can where they can share their stories and interests, talents, and aspirations. Marami pang tayong gagawin and Vigan City rest assured to continue joining its Bigueño Adolescents in embracing the future that lies ahead.” CHO II Loida Ranches said.

The Blessing of the Hub was initiated by Msgr. Gary Formoso of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia.
Meanwhile, one hundred thousand cheque was awarded to the three National High Schools of the city to further develop their Adolescent Hubs.
The said cash gift was from the Vigan City’s cash prize as one of the 2019 Champions for Health Governance.
