The City Government of Vigan through the leadership of Mayor Eva Marie S. Medina extends financial assistance to the victims of Typhoon Egay.Mayor said that her administration will always be ready to serve and to provide effective services for every Bigueño. The typhoon victims were give P20,000.00 for totally damaged houses and P5,000.00 for partially damaged houses.In the picture, Feliza Rabbon of Pantay Fatima Vigan City received P20,000.00 pesos.
