Toilet bowls and drums were distributed to 433 families identified to be financially incapable of providing for their own. The City Government provided the materials needed while the recipients provided the labor in their installation. Alay Lakad 2010, a walk for the out-of-school youth

Alay Lakad in Vigan City was conducted last September 26. Mayor Eva led the city councilors, barangay officials and members of NGOs, NGAs and civic-spirited organizations in this annual event.
